Alex will be hosting a mindfulness day for individuals at all levels. If you have never meditated or practiced mindfulness before, this is will be a great starting point for you. You can purchase your tickets using the link below and I look forward to seeing you all there.

What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a way of life skill that can be practiced by anyone without any obligation. Mindfulness is the science of living for well-being and happiness in everyday life.
