Mindfulness Drawing Day Retreat

Come and join us for a day of relaxation and creativity at Langdon: A Garden for People and Planet. This retreat, delivered by Nicole from Atelier Antras, is designed to help you unwind, connect with nature, and explore your artistic side through mindful drawing exercises.

This retreat is open to all skill levels - no specific drawing skills are required. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings of the garden as you practice mindfulness and let your creativity flow onto the page.

Unplug from the hustle and bustle of daily life and take this opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature. No judgment, no pressure - just a day of peaceful reflection and artistic expression.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is not suitable for people with poor mobility or those using a wheelchair. Please contact the organizer to discuss other options.

Parking facilities?

There is free parking available on site. Car Sharing is encouraged wherever possible, in line with the ethos of Langdon Garden of being mindful of environmentally friendly practices.

What time can I arrive for the event and do I need to bring anything with me?

Arrival for the event is from 11 until 11.30am, to allow for a relaxed introduction before the main activities begin at 11.30 am. Refreshments (tea, coffee etc.) are included in the cost of the ticket, with lunch included only if you have bought that ticket option. All materials are provided.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. If you are unable to make the event, it is possible to transfer your ticket to another person, in which case you would need to contact the organizer to inform them of the change of details.
