Deborah is a Positive Psychologist, Business and Life Coach running ID Choices Ltd. She has practised yoga and meditation throughout a successful career, and is a member of the British Psychological Society. Deborah came upon Mindfulness (MBCT) 4 years ago where she studied the practice at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford and since then with Bangor University. Deborah says "in a lifelong pursuit of self development and self awareness, Mindfulness was the missing piece of the jigsaw I have now found".
Shenel Shefik, created this course with me and we trained together at Oxford. She is Head of Psychology at a leading Secondary School in London and practises yoga and mindfulness regularly and also teaches teenagers Mindfulness.
