Mindfulness Follow-up Day

A day for anyone who has a mindfulness practice that they'd like to deepen (or reconnect with).
Michael Chaskalson will lead the day.
We'll do several practices together - both mindfulness meditations and kindness and positivity practices. There will be large and small group discussions, as well as opportunities to meet old friends and make new ones.
