Description

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment, using techniques such as meditation and breathing. It helps us become aware of our thoughts and feelings so that instead of being overwhelmed by them, we are better able to manage them. Ths is especially important when you are caring for someone and perhaps find it difficult to switch off.

This is a 4 part course that runs over 4 evenings - Thursdays 26th October, 2nd November, 9th November and 16th November.
