About this Event

Inova Consultancy offers 2 online training sessions to explore mindfulness and how this technique can be used to ease your mind during uncertain times.

This FREE online course is for:

  1. people who would like to explore the power of mindfulness for a peaceful mindset,
  2. individuals who are currently experiencing anxiety,
  3. for those who have an intellectual disability,
  4. those who are interested in the topic.

The training explores emotional wellbeing and self-awareness. It looks at how you can take care of yourself by using mindfulness to be more positive and to improve general wellbeing.

Come to our FREE online course, where we will cover topics such as:

  • Building resilience in yourself.
  • Managing stress more efficiently.
  • Hands on tools and exercises to practise even after the course.
  • Using mindfulness in your personal life and professional career.
