New course for the new school year.
Following the success of last years children's mindfulness courses - we have got a new programe of mindfulness practices for children aged 5-10.
Over 4 x 90 min sessions children learn mindfulness through, meditation, craft, drama and movement. Mindfulness practices are used to help children manage stress, anxiety, and anger. It enables children to become more focused and respond in a more balanced way. Mindfulness is also good for sleep and improving general wellbeing.
The session runs each Sunday from the 12th September - 3rd October 4:30pm - 6pm
Parents are asked to come in for the last 10 mins to try the meditations and seek advice on how to encourage the practices at home.
Classes are limited in numbers to a max of 15 peoples and please do contact us before booking if your child has any special or behavioural needs, so we can ensure we are creating the best enviroment for them to learn.
