Alan Ross - ARK Associates
Alan spent 20 years in FMCG companies in the food and drinks industry, with 10 years at Nabisco and 10 years on Boards at Scottish & Newcastle plc and Booker plc. Throughout his corporate career, he focused on training and development: for myself and my teams, enabling us to perform to our maximum potential. He has now been coaching at director level for 28 years since setting up ARK Associates.
Alan is an Honorary Fellow at Durham University Business School, working on leadership, mindfulness and boardroom skills on MBA programmes for the last 16 years and a member of Association for Coaching
Mark Sidney - Mindful Impact
Mark is a qualified Leadership and Performance Coach and trainer. Mark holds a Psychology and Sociology degree from Leeds University and has always maintained a keen interest in human behaviour, he has practiced Mindfulness since 2011.
Following 25 years management experience in the voluntary community sector developing and running projects for large National and regional Charities, Mark joined the Mindful Therapies team in November 2014. and is now the business development manager for Mindful Therapies and Mindful Impact.
