Mindfulness for Decison Making

In this workshop, participants will learn to be proactive in identifying when and how decisions should be made by clarifying the objectives and generating options, while learning how to reduce stress when making those important decisions. Practising mindfulness in the workplace is a useful tool for key decision making.
Mindfulness can help you filter out mental chatter, weigh your options objectively, tune into your intuition and ultimately help decision-makers make clearer, better quality choices.
