In todays challenging times we bring you this free weekly Mindfulness class in January to help with good mental health.
Mindfulness is a scientifically proven method for reducing stress levels, improving sleep and helping our general wellbeing.
Join Pam from Learn 2 Rest a qualified Mindfulness teacher where she will also include NLP techniques to help lower our stress levels and sustain good mental health.
These classes are funded by South Asian Health Action and The Race Equality Centre.
