If you are considereing attending an 8 weeks Mindfulness for Stress and pain management course based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Vidymala Burch for personal or professional development, these sessions offer an engaging introduction to these approaches.
What will you gain from the session?
- An introduction of what mindfulness is and it is not, from a seasoned practitioner and teacher
- A direct experience of mindfulness practices to help manage stress and well-being : body scanning, breathing and gentle mindful movement meditations
- Self- help tips to take into everyday life whilst considering joining a longer course
There will be space for tea or coffee and to talk in private with the teacher after the session, if you would like to.
