Mindfulness for Life - with Mark Williams

Join us for an inspiring and mindful evening with Professor Mark Williams as he explores how mindfulness has the potential to transform our lives and help create a happier a more caring society.

Mark will introduce the concept of mindfulness, including some practical examples, and show how it can help us cope better with problems and discover a greater sense of choice in how we lead our lives.

He will also share his perspective on the wider mindfulness movement and its increasing uptake in schools, communities, boardrooms and beyond...

"Peace can't be achieved in the outside world unless we have peace on the inside. Mark Williams' book gives us this peace" ~ Goldie Hawn

"Want a happier, more content life? I highly recommend the down-to-earth methods you'll find in this book" ~ Daniel Goldman

"If you want to free yourself from anxiety and stress, and feel truly at ease with yourself, then read this book" ~ Ruby Wax

Praise for Mark Williams' book 'Mindfulness: A practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world'.
