Mindfulness for Modern Life: The Practice Group!
This is a monthly group for anyone who has completed my 6 week course, any other Mindfulness course or has a regular practice (basically everyone except complete beginners).
Reasons to join:
- you're practice is a bit rusty and you want to get back into it
- you want to practice in a group
- you need the accountability of a booked session to motivate you to practice
- you don't want to be told how to practice but would like some support and shared wisdom and experience from others
Format of the sessions:
- Welcome - brief grounding practice to get us settled
- Short talk or reading on a mindfulness related topic
- Guided group practice
- Discussion, Q&A
Come every month if you can or just pop in when you are able to. The environment will be warm and informal. Everyone welcome!
This is a 'pay what you feel' event - guide amount is £8 but please adjust this according to your circumstances.
Natalie Rossiter is a counsellor (MBACP accred), mindfulness teacher and nature connection guide.
Mindfulness for Modern Life is all about using these ancient and evidence based skills and practices to support us in busy modern life. We can use our mindfulness practice to improve our relationships, mental health and stress levels.
