About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

This talk is an introduction to modern mindfulness - I'll be explaining what mindfulness is and isn't, showing you a variety of ways to practice and talking about how we can incorporate it into our daily lives for more awareness, focus and connection. My style is informal and approachable - this talk is informative and enjoyable and you'll be able to ask questions too.
