It’s meant for anyone dealing with stress from work, family, or daily life challenges. It’s not a replacement for therapy, but it can complement professional support.

The course will be led by Eve, an experienced mindfulness teacher, yoga instructor, and masseuse with over 20 years of helping people rebalance and discover healthier habits. She brings mindfulness into her Mindful Flow and Yin Yoga classes, encouraging students to listen to their body’s wisdom both on and off the mat. Her teaching is inclusive and welcoming to all levels.
