Stressed rundown and often ill? It doesn't have to be this way
Stress in small doses isn't a bad thing, but long-term stress can make you ill. This 8-week BREATHWORKS Mindfulness For Stress course will give you a firm foundation in mindfulness practice and the tools to restore balance to your life, helping you:

- Reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep
- Make the most of each moment
- Improve relationships
- Be more productive and creative
- Cultivate self-compassion
- Improve memory, attention and decision-making
- Live well with pain/illness and support your immune system
Tuesdays 18.45–21.15 from 25 Oct to 13 Dec (8-weeks)
The course will take place in a warm, supportive environment and is perfect if you can travel to a location each week and carry out 20–30 minutes of personal medication practice each day during the course.
