Mindfulness for the Busy Brain During Covid-19

This webinar is delivered by our ‘In Work Support’ (IWS) Service and forms part of a wider programme of wellbeing support for (employed and self-employed) individuals and small-to- medium-sized businesses across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.
This free, one-hour webinar for managers, supervisors, team leaders and employees:
- demonstrates how to utilise mindfulness as a way of reducing the effects of every day busyness on the brain.
- introduces the concept of mindfulness and gives practical tips of how to incorporate this into daily life at both work and home.
All attendees who register for a free place via Eventbrite will receive an email detailing the joining instructions for this Microsoft Teams session prior to the webinar.
