Mindfulness for the Workplace
"We're really excited to work with Mindfit again to present a brilliant, engaging, thought-provoking seminar which will change the way you think. We've delivered training and awareness sessions in partnership with Mindfit on numerous occassions and have recommended Mindfit to several organisations. The feedback has always been excellent. The health@work team have also attended Mindfit group sessions, which were both enjoyable and really useful."
Matt Liggins, Head of Health and Wellbeing, health@work

“I would recommend Mindfit UK to any company who wishes to support their staff to reduce stress and to encourage control. When staff feel in control and are able to focus in the present, they are not only happier , but naturally more productive. Nicola @ Mindfit is expert at what she does and provides a safe, calm environment that would suit any type of personality! I certainly feel better since engaging in mindfulness, and would encourage anyone to try it!" Pamela Ball, CEO, KDC
