What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of developing self-awareness of our thoughts, emotions and body sensations, as they arise, so that we can learn to cope and respond more skilfully to whatever life throws at us - with less stress on the body.
What are the aims?
Our half day programmes are fantastic for staff learning and development days; staff learn simple, effective techniques that they can use straight away at home or work to help reduce stress, increase focus and increase happiness. Sessions are engaging, relaxing and fun!
