In this event you will learn meditations to help you make friends with your body, your mind and your hunger so that you can nourish each other in a supportive, healthy and happy partnership instead of battling over diet plans.

Mindfulness helps you to identify the foods and eating patterns that support you best, and then inspires you to naturally gravitate towards them. It also helps you to see more clearly the triggers and habits that trap you in cycles of negative behaviour, so that you can release them and heal the pain that they cause.

We will cover the principles of Mindful Eating, and you will be given a handout to summarise the keys to success. Having been raised in the hospitality industry, I call it "Mindful Eating, Michelin Star Style" as by capturing the fun and excitement of eating out in great restaurants and bringing that into every mealtime, you can gain more enjoyment from less food and soon enjoy feeling lighter in body and spirit.
