“Mindfulness for Well-Being” is an 8-week course delivered in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

Did you know that our thoughts are driving our emotions and behaviour?

Sometimes we can lose touch with the way our bodies are feeling and to end up living 'in our heads'.

Our “Mindfulness for Well-Being” Course can help you to pay more attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you, and can consequently improve your mental wellbeing.

£30 per delegate per week includes:

  • Week four of the 8 Week Course (2 hrs per week)
  • Mindful Moments Workbook

Mindfulness for Well-Being Week Four: Pleasant Experiences

  • Mindful Practice: Hour Glass Pause.
  • Feedback: three-minute meditation.
  • The Brain’s Negativity Bias
  • Mindful Practice: Loving Kindness Meditation (14:20).
  • Pleasant Experiences Calendar.

Home Practice:

  • Choose a new routine activity to be especially mindful.
  • Pleasant Experiences Calendar.
