“Mindfulness for Well-Being” is an 8-week course delivered in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

Did you know that our thoughts are driving our emotions and behaviour?

Sometimes we can lose touch with the way our bodies are feeling and to end up living 'in our heads'.

Our “Mindfulness for Well-Being” Course can help you to pay more attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you, and can consequently improve your mental wellbeing.

£30 per delegate per week includes:

  • Week Seven of the 8 Week Course (2 hrs per week)
  • Mindful Moments Workbook

Mindfulness for Well-Being Week Seven: Can I Hear Me? Outline

  • Mindful Practice: Pause Listen Breathe.
  • Feedback: Mindful Touch, Self-Management, Beginner’s Mind, Mindful Walking.
  • Dopamine: our “feel-good” Neurotransmitter.
  • Sense of Smell.
  • Recognising and Managing Emotions: Social Awareness.
  • Perspective Taking.

Home practice:

  • Daily Breath Sound Body Meditation.
  • Scents around us.
  • Repeat the mindful practice by sense of smell.
  • Mindfulness Bell, Random Bell.
