Mindfulness For Wellbeing - Introduction
Dr Gemma Applegarth from Active Mindfulness warmly invites you to discover the joys, science and healing powers of mindfulness meditation. Within this 3 hour interactive workshop you will learn all about mindfulness meditation, how it can support you and start your own practice. By developing your ability to be present, deliberately, on purpose and without judgement of what you find there you can increase your ability to choose the way you respond to difficult thoughts, feelings and life situations, leading to increased resilience and a greater sense of wellbeing.
