Come and find out how the popular, tried and tested, Mindfulness course can help you to Manage stress and Enhance the Quality of your Life

These interactive and experiential sessions offer a comprehensive introduction to the Breathworks Mindfulness approach to health and well-being for people living with Stress, Anxiety, Pain and Illness. They are also suitable for people who would like to find out more about Mindfulness. If you are considering attending a 4 days Mindfulness for Stress/Pain Management course (the next one starts on 27th January 2018, in Totnes, and is held on 4 alternate Saturdays) based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Vidymala Burch, for personal or professional development, these sessions offer an engaging first taste of these approaches. This course has been designed for people who live within a 40 miles radius of Totnes & prefer attending it on Saturdays rather than during 8 mid-week sessions.
