Interested in walking a new, tried and tested path to manage stress and to cultivate well-being?

These taster sessions offer a comprehensive introduction to the Breathworks mindfulness approach to health and well-being for people living with Stress, Anxiety, Pain and Illness. They are also suitable for people who would like to find out more about mindfulness.

If you are considering attending an 8 weeks Mindfulness for Stress/Pain Management course based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mark Williams and Vidymala Burch for personal or professional development, these sessions offer an engaging, interactive introduction to these approaches. ( Forthcoming course starting on 28 March 2018 in Bridgetown, Totnes).

What will you gain from the session?

• An introduction of what mindfulness is and it is not from a seasoned practitioner and teacher

• A direct experience of mindfulness practices with an accredited and experienced trainer to help you to manage stress and well-being : body scanning, breathing and gentle mindful movement meditations

• Self- help tips to take into everyday life whilst considering joining a longer course

Cost: £8 when booked online or £12 on the day
