Feel deflated at times and your feet don't touch the ground? Overwhelmed by small tasks, lack energy? Find yourself over analysing?

Mindfulness can help with stress, anxiety and mind clutter. It benefits our wellbeing, brings clarity to our thoughts and helps us manage our work-life balance.

Our small group course is relaxed, informal and enjoyable. We have a down to earth, non-religious approach, encouraging you to discover the ways of mindfulness that best work for you and your lifestyle.

During the course we will explore various meditation techniques, discuss ways to plan your practice, and look at thought and emotional patterns to improve positivity.

We get the most from Mindfulness by regular practice. My half term course helps your organise and plan your practice with the added benefit of full support from Ruth.
