Mindfulness - Group practice

I am offering a Mindfulness session called ‘Your Inner Sound Mindfulness Group’. These sessions are aimed at people who find it challenging to meditate, find it difficult to be still or to keep the mind focused on one thought. Using sounds that you yourself create, I will guide you through techniques that help keep the mind relaxed and focused.
The benefits of practising mindfulness are many and I can mention some such as
- Reduce blood pressure and physical stress.
- Helps to reduce the sudden changes of mood (mood swing)
- Reduces anxiety
- Increase your happiness

You will learn with me the difference in between Mindfulness (MBSR) and (MBCT) and choose the way you want to be happy.
