It can be difficult at times to crearte space away from the everyday business of our lives.We can create that space by offering you the opportunity to reconnect with the importance of nurturing your own health and wellbeing. We will explore and discuss the benefits of mindfulness, engage with some of the core of its meditation practices - interspersed with meaningful and inspiring stories and poems. Whether you are new to mindulness or have experience - all are welcome.
The benefits of mindfulness include flexibility of attention, waking up and being more present to our life, connecting more to ourselves and others, promoting psychological resilience and promoting good physical health.
