What is this Mindfulness hype? It's everywhere in schools, prisons, banks, media and even our parliament is exploring the benefits of Mindfulness.

Mindfulness is recognised by many organisations, such as the Mental Health Foundation, as being an effective approach to dealing with the stresses of modern day living.

Join us for a relaxed yet interactive session where together we will explore how to bring Mindfulness skills into our fast-paced lives. You will see how easily you can fit the techniques I share with you into your daily life – no matter how busy you are.

You can join in from wherever you are. All proceeds from the webinar will go to a fabulous charity called Momentum which supports children who have cancer or other life-limiting conditions in South West London and all over Surrey.


In the webinar I will share simple, practical tools you can use to relax as the New Year begins.


Speaker

Kish Modasia is a qualified coach, workshop facilitator, and an exponent of Mindfulness in everyday life. She was the pioneer of home working for British Telecom in 1988 and has even tried her hand at stand-up comedy to take her out of her comfort zone! She brings these qualities, together with warmth, and appreciation of diversity, to her business practice.

Her clients include large organisations such as BT, RBS, United Nations, O2, Network Rail, the NHS, and the civil service, as well as small business owners, and individuals.

Her approach to Mindfulness focuses on our feelings, attitudes & habits and how they can influence our own thinking and behaviours, in a way that is positive and helpful for us and others.

She says “I have realised the value of carving out time on a daily basis for my Mindfulness practice. By regularly topping up my emotional bank balance I am more focused and stable to deal with the challenges life throws at me. By taking better care of myself I am able to offer a better version of myself to those around me, in my work and at home.
