Mindfulness in Bo'ness

Weekly mindfulness sessions. You don't have to come every week, just drop in when you can. A variety of practices will be offered durimg the hour, alongside discussions about mindfulness and how to start bringing this into daily life. Our understanding of the benefits of mindfulness is accumulating - there is more and more research suggesting that it can be useful for managing both physical and mental health difficulties. It can also help us slow down a little, and improve our concentration and focus.
The session are £7 each, and there is a discount for block bookings (made in person).
