If your life doesn't allow you to attend an eight week Mindfulness course on a weekday evening this is the answer.
We're running the recognised eight-week course as developed at Oxford, Bangor and Exeter Universities, but over four extended sessions on alternate Saturday mornings. We'll be covering all the practices and explore all the issues covered in the eight-week course. Sessions will take place on Saturdays: 22 Ocober, 5th and 19th November, and 3rd December
You'll get a workbook, CDs and access to online or phone support between classes if required. The course fee will also cover the cost of a practice day to be held at a date close to the end of the course.To get the most out of the course it is good to be ready to commit to something like 30 - 40 minutes of home practice on most days.
