About this event
Mindfulness in Leadership
Ever thought that being mindful is time consuming, totally impractical and just isn't for you? Or that mindfulness is a great idea, but just not for workplace?
This new and interactive session will introduce you to the concept that mindfulness makes you creative, calm and focussed; we will offer practical tools to demonstrate that mindfulness helps you to be more productive and able to bring your best self to work.
As part of our personal leadership programme, this one-day session will combine research findings, practical guided mindfulness sessions and interactive activities to explore;
- Mindfulness as a tool to increase productivity, creativity and reduce sickness at work
- Kindness and compassion in the workplace
- The role of the leader in setting the culture
- The mindful workday
We would welcome delegates who are leaders, or want to develop their leadership potential, who have no experience of mindfulness or who practice mindfulness and are interested in taking this further in the workplace.
