Social Bite, in partnership with Streetwork is organising a couple of introduction talks on Mindfulness.
November 17th - Introduction to mindfulness, and how it can benefit people during times of stress.
December 2nd - Introduction to mindfulness, and how mindfulness can help to build resilience.
Both events will include an introduction to Mindfulness but different content will be discussed so you can attend one or both!
They will be facilitaed by Melanie who has a vast experience in teaching mindfulness to various groups.
These talks are opened to everyone!
Refreshments will be provided.
