Mindfulness is a mind-body approach to life that helps us to relate differently to experiences. It involves paying attention to our thoughts and feelings in a way that increases our ability to manage difficult situations and make wise choices.

Learning to practise mindfulness is one of the most dramatically effective things you can do to open up opportunities and change your life for the better.

The evening will be hosted by Transformational Coach and Author - Andrea McGuiness. Andrea will share her story of how mindfulness transformed her approach to life, work and success, you will also hear the experiences of people who been coached by Andrea.
