Our 45 minute lunchtime mindfulness sessions offer a relaxing, restful and rejuvenating retreat from the stresses of the day. Forget to do lists or deadlines and join us for a range of uplifting mindfulness practices to restore your focus and sense of wellbeing.
Each session is limited to 5 people.
