Mindfulness meditation is a life skill which deepens or sense of wellbeing and fulfilment.
Mindfulness techniques help deal with physical and emotional trauma, as well as building emotional resilience. I am running an 8 week Mindfulness & Meditation course, starts at 7pm finshes at 8.30pm, this includes, meditation.
