“After yesterday’s session, I was sharing with my mum how I feel so lucky to have you in my life, you have no idea how much of a blessing you have been. Your deep understanding of nature makes the experience even more enjoyable.” Emilia

About Botanic Shed School of Nature:

Botanic Shed is a natural health education hub that focuses on nature as a balm for the soul and society. Our virtual health club hosts trusted expert practitioners across progressive healthcare modalities, guiding members through a curated programme designed to support them in caring for their general wellness, helping them to live life to the fullest, by nurturing a connection to nature and caring for the future of our planet. We run a programme of nature-based classes and events accessible online a ‘green plate’, plus we meet up to embrace outdoor life, with gardening trips, guided walks, and woodland retreats.

The club’s supporters include the eco-activist the Hon Zoë Tryon and the conservationist Ian Redmond, OBE. Zoë has worked extensively to protect indigenous populations in the Amazon and Ian is a tropical field biologist and conservationist, who is renowned for his work with great apes and elephants.

I have 20+ years of international entrepreneurial, production and creative experience across, fashion, property, design, and wellness. I am passionate about health and decided to set up Botanic Shed to bring nature connection to the forefront of our daily lives as the primary means to maintain good holistic health, to heal and transform lives.

2020 was supposed to be the super year for nature where humans redefined the way we relate to the natural world and to try to recover much of what we have lost in the way of a healthy eco system and positive human condition, but before we got to do that nature bit back. The pressure on our immune systems, the stress epidemic crisis and lack of a nature-based approach for preventative health, amplified also as a result of the COVID pandemic, has made my vision for Botanic Shed even more timely.
