Hello

My name is Kathryn and welcome to my event. Mindfulness, Meditation Relaxation.

This is an ideal class if you are new to any of the above or have been encouraged to give this a go.

No fancy equipment and clothing required.

This is a non judgemental space and no personal experiences are shared.

I am a qualified Mental First Aider and trained as a mindfulness coach.

I am new to all of this, will I feel left out

Absolutely not, this class was designed specifically for beginners and people who have never done anything like this beforehand.

Do I need special clothing

Certainly not, you may have to lie down for part of the session so just wear clothing that you can lie down in.

Is this an online event

No this is a in person event. A maximum of 10 people per class.

Will I have to pay for this class

No at the moment this class is free

How many classes do you run

I only run this class at the moment every Monday due to other commitments but it may increase in the future.

Are children allowed

You must 18 years an older to join this class
