**Our Circles, Classes and Workshops will be Limited in attendees due to social distancing guidelines.You must book and pay in advance of the event to fully secure your booking**What is mindfulness and how can mindfulness help me?More people than ever are talking about mindfulness and how it could help themBut not many understand how to achieve itMindfulness is not nonsense or silly, nor is it a passing fad. It does take effort and work to develop mindfulness skills and time to practice them.You’ll see lots of things with the word “mindful” attached, but not all mindfulness circles are the same.Our Mindfulness Circle will guide you through the process enabling you to learn how to achieve the mind set that you wish to have in a safe environment with like minded people.Mindfulness can help you manage your wellbeing and mental health. It can enable you to:
- reduce levels of stress
- improve your sleep quality
- reduce levels of anxiety
- reduce levels of depression
- feel less overwhelmed
- make wiser choices
- increase your ability to manage difficult situations
- positively change the way you think and feel about your experiences (especially stressful experiences)
- have greater self-compassion
