    The meditation taught is Unified Mindfulness, developed through 50 years of study and research. It is based on Shinzen Young's work as a meditation teacher and neuroscience consultant. Shinzen Young's techniques and their benefits have been researched at Harvard Medical School and Carnegie Mellon.
