Description

Retreats are extremely beneficial, as by engaging in silent practices and switching off from our busy worlds, we can let go of common distractions and submerge into our present experience.


Give yourself permission and immerse yourself in an afternoon of mindful meditation practice.


These mini mindfulness retreats are a combination of meditation, silence, gentle movements such as QiGong and mindful walking, and other guided practices, designed to open up our awareness and engage in the present moment. The retreats are suitable for anyone looking to engage in mindfulness who wishes to spend an afternoon opening up their awareness to the here and now.

What to expect?

  • A very short introduction to mindfulness meditation
  • Practicing a variety of meditations, mindful movements, and stillness for the afternoon retreat
  • Embracing periods of quite to savour the present moment and focus
  • Meeting like-minded people and practicing mindfulness together


Dates: April 21st, May 26th, June 16th (more to be announced later in the year too!)

Time: 2pm – 5pm

Cost: £20 (Concession £15)

Booking: Booking required - please book your place for free through Eventbrite & pay cash on arrival.

Cushions and yoga matts are provided. If you'd like, a water bottle is handy, or anything else you wish.
