Join Certified Mindfulness Teacher Emily-Francesca Bartlett to create an opening in your life for mindful wellbeing, while pausing, resting and resetting before the start of a new week.
In a friendly and welcoming group, we’ll explore gentle guided mindfulness practices that help to calm a busy mind, ease stress and tension, and restore energy and resilience. A brief introduction to the practices will be provided, with time for questions and discussions.
Join us to discover these ancient yet scientifically validated practices of mindfulness and how to integrate them into daily life. These practices offer us ways to immerse ourselves in a sense presence, wellbeing, care, and inner refuge, right where we are, even amidst the challenges of today’s world, and the ups and downs of our busy, daily lives.

About me: I am an Accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation, as well as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher. My approach is grounded in over 12 years of dedicated personal practice and exploration of mindfulness and meditation across various traditions.
