Description

A wee drop in session offering some teaching & guided mindfulness practice. An opportunity to slow down & connect with some inner calm during a busy week .

Mindfulness can be helpful for managing stress & increasing our health & wellbeing.

A drop in session is a good way to stay motivated to keep up our practice.

Suitable for all levels - beginners & those who may already have taken some classes.

Evening sessions-
Every 2nd Tuesday of the month; 7-8pm

Daytime sessions-
every alternate Wednesday, 10-11am
10th, 24th April
8th, 22nd May
5th, 19th June

Debbie has been practicing mindfulness & meditation for over 20 years & did her formal teacher training with the UK based Mindfulness Association. She has also trained in counselling skills , nutrition & health coaching.

Vicky runs The Wee Retreat and runs regular beginners courses and retreats. She completed her training with Mindfulness CIC and has enjoyed sharing mindfulness meditation with beginners and those with experience ever since!

£8 standard/ £5conc/ free for members
