Aspirational Living is holding its first ‘Mindfulness & Meditation Retreat’ here at the beautiful Wynyard Hall on Sunday 30th April 2017 where you’ll spend the day relaxing and spending time with like-minded, positive people.
You’ll begin your day where you’ll be greeted by your Mindfulness & Meditation Practitioner who will take you through a day of relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.
On arrival you will spend the first part of the morning indulging in a continental breakfast and we’ll start the day with a positive intention meditation and then we’ll move onto a series of interactive delivery sessions all of which will encourage you to dig deep, reflect and understanding mindfulness at a much deeper level.
We’ll then spend lunch time together and you’ll get the opportunity to sample the lunch time delights of Wynyard Hall and we’ll also get the chance to practise some of our mindfulness techniques that we’ve learnt too! You’ll have the opportunity to mingle with others and spend this time getting to know one another and there will be ‘free time’ factored into the day, after lunch for those who crave that little bit of ‘me time’ and you can choose this time to do whatever you choose – perhaps some leisurely reading whilst relaxing in the beautiful surroundings or why not take an after lunch walk with some of us and explore the grounds whilst taking in a little fresh air. This time is yours for you alone and you can choose how you spend this hour.
We’ll then meet back again after lunch for more personal development, mindfulness and meditation and you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the 7 Pillars of Mindfulness and how they relate to you in your personal life.
This retreat is a day of supported practice for beginners where you will get the opportunity to prioritise your well-being by taking a day out to nourish yourself and practise Mindfulness and Meditation.
Our supported practice day offers a quiet, peaceful space away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, where course participants can explore and deepen their mindfulness and meditation practice.
The Retreat will provide a unique opportunity for you to:
· Set aside some time to relax, refresh and rejuvenate yourself.
· Dig deep and understand your inner self further.
· Understand your needs and wants at a much deeper level.
· Enjoy some simple and mindful movement exercises.
· Sample the delights of Wynyard Hall and enjoy a light lunch whilst practising mindful eating.
· Spend the day with like-minded people.
· Develop skills to use in your daily life to help you become and remain calm, focused, relaxed and energised.
