About this event
Have you considered immersing yourself into the healing vibration of sound?
This 60 minute class offers a meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves. During the session, various sound healing instruments are played, including quartz crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and Tibetan singing bowls etc.
(Disclaimer: There will be no actual bathing unless someone spills their drinking water)
What Happens?
- Doors open at 3:30pm
- The session begins as soon as you enter the hall with music tuned to 432hz (a healing frequency) Choose your space, snuggle down and get cosy.
- 3:45pm - A gentle guided meditation follows taking you deep into relaxation, leaving you open to receiving the healing frequencies of the various sound instruments that follow.
- Bathe for 40 mins in the healing sounds. (No soap - Just vibes)
- Notice the contrast with a few minutes of silence.
- Return to full awareness with a grounding meditation.
- Class ends and you receive a mindfulness gift to take home.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket, and anything else you need to feel warm and cozy. You will naturally start to feel cool as you relax. During the colder months make sure to wear plenty of layers. The hall is old, cute and a bit draughty - basically it’s rustic!
Not a floor person? No worries! Chairs are available. You still receive the same benefits whether you are sitting on a chair or laying on a yoga mat.
It's like a spa treatment for your soul but places are limited, so book your space now before your inner critic talks you out of it!
Come on your own or drag your equally stressed friend with you. Everyone is welcome.

Yes. Attendees normally bring yoga mats to relax on but if are unable to do this, you still get the full benefit sitting in your chair. Bring anything along that makes you feel comfortable. Blankets, foot rest, hot water bottles etc.
Yes, including a toilet for wheelchair users.
Anything that makes you feel comfortable and warm. Yoga mat or comfy chair, pillow, blanket, hot water bottle. Some attendees bring cushions or small mattresses - anything goes!
