If you are dealing with stress, pain or emotional challenges or simply are looking for a little more in life but not sure where to turn, then this course is perfect for you.
There are actually 6 weeks of meetings (no meeting will be held on the 30th May). In each week, there will be some information and lots of practice in formal and informal meditation practices designed to develop more understanding of the interaction between mind, body and sense of well being, quieten and calm overactive thought and emotional patterns and offer techniques to create a more peaceful approach to living life in the moment.
