PLEASE NOTE - The total cost of the course is £200 (plus the small Eventbrite fee of £4.49).The payment of £50 (plus Eventbrite fee of £4.49) is a deposit only, which secures your place on the course, subject to payment of the remaining balance (£150), which we will contact you via email. NB - This is an eight week course and it is not possible to book to attend individual sessions. Once the course begins, no further bookings can be taken.

***************************************************************************************************** The Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) is based on the work of international meditation teacher Rob Nairn and includes all the principles of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR) created by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

The aim of the course is to help you develop a mindfulness practice that you can apply in your personal and professional life.

Key research findings on the benefits of Mindfulness are:

- It can help reduce stress, anxiety and rumination of the past.

- It can reduce emotional distress, increase positive states of mind and improve quality of life.

The course will be facilitated by Jarrien Philip from Arden, who is an accredited teacher through The Mindfulness Association. The course will include a mix of theory and experiential practice.

16hrs of mindfulness training (8 weekly sessions of two hours online)

Manual and audio downloads for home practice Weekly tutor and peer support

Certificate of completion

If you're unable to join one of the sessions and miss one week, we will provide the course notes and audio downloads so you won't miss out.

Course investment: £200 | Deposit £50 non-refundable with balance payable no later than one week prior to commencement of the course. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
