Join us at the Garden House for a mindfulness practice workshop. This one-off class will be suitable both for people new to mindfulness and those with any level of experience – either way, come and expand your practice in our beautiful garden.

Mindfulness has been much in the news in the past few years and its benefits are now widely recognised – in coming into the moment, reducing stress and anxiety, boosting mood and emotional regulation, or feeling more in control.
Most mindfulness teaching is done inside, but taking it outside to a beautiful setting such as a garden both enhances our appreciation of the place and widens the scope of mindfulness practice to take in more of our lives. We will spend some time practicing mindfulness around the garden and also have some time for discussion and questions.
Time: Wednesday evening workshop: 7pm and finishes at 9pm.
