About the session:

Our spring afternoon of mindfulness practice is for people who have completed an 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course (MBCT). This is an opportunity for you to practice mindfulness with others who have also completed an 8 week course, to re-engage with some of the original practices you've learned, and try some new ones. We plan to hold these sessions seasonally.

The afternoon will be led by 2 mindfulness teachers from the emerging local network of teachers of mindfulness-based approaches. We work to the training requirements and Good Practice Guidelines of the UK Network for Mindfulness Based Teacher Training Organisations.

Who should attend:

These sessions are for people have already completed an 8 week mindfulness-based course (MBSR, MBCT, Breathworks 8-week course, MBLC, or MBRP). If you would like to reconnect with practice and meet with others to practice together then these sessions will be of interest to you. If you have not already participated in an 8-week course, or you have a question about whether the course you did equips you to join this session, please contact us before you book a place and we can advise you accordingly.
