Every Tuesday and Thursday evenings:

> Tuesday 7:00-7:30pm

> Thursday 9:30-10:00pm

Mindfulness is best practiced regularly, however these are drop in sessions designed to fit around busy lives.

Please arrive promptly 5 minutes before the session starts so that you can check your link and settle in. Once the session has started we cannot accept latecomers as this disrupts the flow of the session.

The session is lead by an experienced mental health pharmacist who is trained in trauma sensitive mindfulness meditation.

No prior experience necessary. You will be lead through a series of relaxing meditations and mindfulness activities which have sound scientific evidence showing positive benefits to the brain and improved health outcomes for stress, anxiety, depressions, PTSD, chronic pain and fatigue conditions. Practiced regularly, mindfulness calms the nervous system releasing 'feel-good' hormones and releasing you from the internal negative 'chatter' of modern life.
