October: Awareness of the Body

Focus: Body awareness and connecting with physical sensations

Activity: Body scan and Discussion

November: Working with Thoughts

Focus: Observing thoughts without judgement or attachment.

Activity: Discussion and technique practice.

December: Emotions and Mindfulness

Focus: Recognising and allowing emotions and compassion

Activity: Mindfulness of emotions practice, self-compassion and discussion

January: Mindfulness for Stress & Resilience

Focus: Techniques to manage stress mindfully and build emotional resilience.

Activity: Body scan with a focus on stress areas, plus visualisation or grounding tools.

February: Integrating Mindfulness into Daily Life

Focus: Creating sustainable personal mindfulness practice.

Activity: Meditation, creating personal practice and discussion.
